Security & Compliance
We are SSAE18 certified. To keep your data protected, we have taken the highest security measures at our facility including key card building access, biometric fingerprint access to server rooms, 24-hour indoor and outdoor video surveillance. Our cyber security measures include data encryption of all data at rest, external network firewalls and login access, virus detection at multiple checkpoints, SFTP and HTTPS data transfer systems. Our internal network is protected by a separate subnet. We employ client specific SFTP folders and all files are moved from the external network within a few minutes of upload.
Redundancy & Disaster Recovery
We have 12 printers and 10 inserters spread between our Columbia, SC and Thomasville, NC locations to ensure your jobs are never compromised. Data is transferred through a private data line (pipe) on a daily basis so if one of our facilities is compromised the other can pick up the jobs and keep running. Programs (not data) are backed up to tape and stored off-site. A 500-gallon diesel generator keeps our primary facility functional through power outages.

Mail Track Plus
We have both outbound and inbound tracking capabilities. Get updates at your fingertips with a national view of the whole job or track an individual mail piece. Our PARS report (postal automated redirection system) will show you which mail pieces were redirected by the USPS. We can also send you notifications when customers’ checks, replies, or orders are on their way back to you.
